Labanya Prakash Jena, CFA, is a climate finance and sustainable finance specialist working across transition finance, financial regulation, energy transition investment, and climate policy. His work spans research, advisory, training, and stakeholder engagement with policymakers, regulators, financial institutions, and multilateral and research organisations.

Labanya Prakash Jena works at the intersection of climate finance, sustainable finance, transition finance, and financial regulation. His current roles include Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Director at the Climate and Sustainability Initiative. His professional experience spans multilateral institutions, policy and advisory organisations, and research platforms, including the Asian Development Bank, Climate Policy Initiative, the Commonwealth Secretariat, UNDP, CEEW, IEEFA, and the World Resources Institute.
